We will be updating our MySQL engines from 5.6 to 5.7 between 9 pm Wednesday, September 12, 2018, and 4 am. Thursday, September 13, 2018.
MySQL 5.6 has reached the end of life and this upgrade will provide you with the most current updated security and reliability you have come to trust in MySQL.
As always we have done everything possible to ensure there is no possibility of data loss. With all upgrades, there are always changes to the syntax of the coding to be used going further. You should be aware that it is possible you may have to adjust your coding to correct minor errors due to syntax changes in your use of MySQL.
