This Agreement is governed by and will be enforced in accord with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada and the federal laws of Canada.

Any action brought against WereDigital Hosting Inc. arising out of or relating to this Agreement must be brought in the courts of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
